Excluding pages from the generated menus
It is possible to exclude pages from the generated menus. To do so you just have to check the "Hide page from menu" check box when editing a page.
The page will still be generated, but it will not be displayed on any of the menus on other pages.
The default action is to genereate a menu entry for each page.
This is usefull if you do not want some page to be accessible directly via menu but still want to maintain the same style as for all other pages.
