You are here: Qixite :: Documentation :: HTML Page file names

Validation

The following validations are performed:
1. File name must be specified
2. File name should not be the same as one that was already specified.
File name comparison is done in case insensitive mater ("myfile.html" is considered to be the same as "MYFILE.html"). The reasoning behind case insensitive comparison is due to the fact that the same .qxt file can be used on both Linux and Windows. And Windows would overwrite files with the same names (case insensitive) names.

Remarks

Qixite does not warn you if you do not specify an extension of the file. It is your responsibility to add the right extension to the file name (in most cases it will be ".html").
